Although most organizations have no issues in using Jira and Confluence on a single team level, there’s a risk of losing an overview of your entire roadmap, planning, follow-up, and reporting for an entire program with +4 teams working on the same software.
Of course, there are all kinds of fancy tools out there that will assist you with this. But they all come with a hefty price tag (earning curve, reorganization, cost price model). Jira and Confluence though can be an extremely good start, when you just think a bit outside the box.
In this workshop, we will train Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business Unit Managers, on how to effectively use both to create multi-team planning, roadmap, and follow-up, including strong reporting possibilities (based on a real-life example).
