LEAN, 6SIGMA, Scaled Agile? YOU NAME it!

Lean – 6Sigma – Scaled Agile: all words that sound probably familiar to you. And we are sure that your organization most likely is using these terminologies and implementing them in practice.

Are they buzzwords or does each and one of them has a particular methodology and goal? We would like to emphasize one thing. Being consistent in terminology is important in communicating with one another, trying to align, and achieving the same goal.

Let us work on that! All these terms have similarities and differences. What do they exactly mean? Of what do they consist? How is LEAN Agile put into practice? What technique should you use to tackle which challenge?

Where Lean is more about striving for a smooth work process, I’d say Scaled Agile has a focus on collaboration, to achieve business value.

Let us dive into the meaning of these methodologies and techniques and find out together!

In this workshop, we will have a close look at what entails Lean – 6Sigma – Scaled Agile methodologies, give you the advantage to become consistent in your terminology, and give you perhaps a new perspective on certain techniques.
